Tell us what you have or what you need. A real person in Houston reads every one of these — usually within a couple of hours during dock time.

US or Canada, 10 digits — area code first.

US state or Canadian province.

ZIP like 77073, or Canadian M5V 2T6.

Whole boxes. A rough number is fine.

No phone number required from us — we quote in writing so you have the numbers on paper. We never sell or share your details.

Finding us

Directions to the yard

From I-45 southbound: exit Richey Road, turn left under the freeway, and we are about a half mile east on the right. Look for the yard with the banded pallets stacked along the fence line.

From I-45 northbound: exit Richey Road and turn right. Same half mile.

From Beltway 8: north on the Hardy Toll Road, exit Richey, west about two miles.

Trucks: the entrance takes a 53-footer comfortably. Pull past the office to the second gate and someone will meet you. If you are arriving outside dock hours for a staged load, tell us on the quote and we will arrange it in advance.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

What to include for a fast, firm quote

  • Quantity, and whether it is a one-off or repeating
  • Inside dimensions and wall count, if you know them
  • What goes in the box and roughly what a full one weighs
  • Where it is going, and whether that site has a dock
  • Anything going the other way — empties, fiber, pallets
SELLING TO US?

Send photographs

Wide shots of the stacks, including the worst pallet. Photographs of the ugly side get you a firmer number than a description of the good side.

Questions

About contacting us

Why don't you have a phone number?

Deliberate. Phone quotes get misremembered and re-litigated. Everything we issue is a one-page written document you can forward to purchasing, with sizes, grades, quantities, freight and terms on it. We lost a few customers when we made that change in 2015 and kept the ones who wanted a document.

How fast do you respond?

Within one business day, usually within a couple of hours during dock time. Friday afternoon submissions get answered Monday morning unless you mark them urgent in the message field.

Can I visit the yard?

Yes, during dock hours. Most people who come to look end up ordering — the difference between a description of a Grade B box and an actual Grade B box is instructive.

Do you have a sales team that will call me?

No. Nobody here will ever call you, because nobody here has a phone to call you with. You will get a written quote and then you decide what happens next.

What if I need something urgently?

Put URGENT in the message field with your deadline. Same-day yard pickup is available on deep-stock items during dock hours, and hot-shot freight can move 8 to 12 pallets across the metro the same day.

Everything else is on the form

Quantity, size, grade and destination. One business day, in writing, from a person who has worked the grading line.
