Which service do I need if I just want to buy boxes?
Buy used gaylord boxes for graded stock, or new made-to-spec where the application is regulated or customer-facing. If you are not sure which, the Grade Decoder settles it in six questions.
Do you pay for used boxes, or just haul them away?
We pay. Boxes are graded on arrival and paid by category; anything that fails as a container is still worth money as baled fiber, weighed on a certified scale with the ticket issued the same day.
Can one truck deliver and collect on the same trip?
That is the arrangement we push hardest, because a trailer paying in both directions costs roughly 40% less per direction. We pass that through rather than pocketing it.
What happens to boxes too damaged to reuse?
They go to fiber. Soft corners, bulged bottoms, moisture history or odour make a box scrap rather than Grade C, and scrap is priced by the ton instead of by the box.
