How much does the industry actually change the box specification?
Less than the material does. Industry is a useful shortcut to a starting spec, but the numbers that decide wall count are the weight of a full box, the stack height and where the box is stored.
Do different industries need different grades?
Grade is set by who sees the box, not by what is in it. Regulated and customer-facing work needs 1A or A; internal handling runs happily on B; one-way scrap moves on C.
Can used boxes be used for food or regulated material?
Not for direct contact. Food-grade is a property of a documented system rather than of a box, so direct contact needs new liners and new boxes, while used stock handles the outer packs behind it.
What do you need from me to quote an industry spec?
The weight of one full box, how high they stack and for how long, where they are stored, who sees them, and what goes out the other way. Answer those five and the first quote is usually the final one.
