Terms of sale
Written to be read. If something here seems unreasonable, say so before you order rather than after — most of it is negotiable on standing arrangements.
Question about terms?
Tell us what you have or what you need. A real person in Houston reads every one of these — usually within a couple of hours during dock time.

1. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the stock count at the time of writing. Used inventory moves; if a lot sells before you approve, we will tell you rather than substituting quietly.
2. Grading
Grades A, B, C and scrap are assigned against the six-point inspection published on our Grades Explained page. That page forms part of these terms. If you believe a delivered lot was mis-graded, notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photographs and we will re-grade, replace or credit.
3. Counts
Counts are verified at our dock at time of loading and documented on the paperwork travelling with the load. Count discrepancies must be raised within 3 business days of delivery.
4. Freight and risk
Unless agreed otherwise, title and risk pass on loading at our yard for customer pickup, and on delivery for loads we transport. Where we arrange freight, quoted landed cost includes linehaul and fuel surcharge but excludes detention beyond two hours free time, liftgate and driver-assist unless itemised.
5. Used goods, sold as described
Used bulk corrugated is sold by grade, not by individual box. Grade descriptions state what a category permits — Grade B permits up to two clean repairs, so a Grade B lot containing repaired boxes is conforming, not defective. Cosmetic variation within a grade is normal and is not a basis for a claim.
6. Load ratings
Published capacities are nominal figures for dry, aligned, fully supported boxes in short-term use. Real-world capacity depends on humidity, storage duration, stacking alignment and pallet fit, all of which are outside our control. We publish the derating factors on our Wall Count & Weight page and recommend you apply them.
7. Material we purchase
Boxes and fiber we buy are graded and weighed on arrival at our yard. Certified scale tickets are issued the same day. Material must be dry and free of hazardous residue; loads containing wet, mouldy, wax-coated or contaminated material may be rejected or repriced, and you will be notified before any repricing is applied.
8. Payment
Card or ACH on first order. Net 30 available thereafter subject to a credit application. Standing-route customers are invoiced monthly. Purchases from you are settled Net 15 by default, faster on standing arrangements.
9. Cancellation and returns
Orders may be cancelled without charge before staging. Once a lot is pulled and staged, a restocking charge may apply. Custom fabrication and made-to-order new boxes are non-cancellable once production has started.
10. Limitation
Our liability on any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential loss arising from packaging failure, since we cannot control loading, stacking, storage or handling after delivery.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Harris County.
