Short version: we collect what you type into the quote form, we use it to quote your job, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

Questions about your data?

Tell us what you have or what you need. A real person in Houston reads every one of these — usually within a couple of hours during dock time.

US or Canada, 10 digits — area code first.

US state or Canadian province.

ZIP like 77073, or Canadian M5V 2T6.

Whole boxes. A rough number is fine.

No phone number required from us — we quote in writing so you have the numbers on paper. We never sell or share your details.

Load-locked and banded. Corrugated that slides in transit arrives crushed.

What we collect

Only what you submit through a form on this site: first and last name, email address, phone number, company, city, state, postal code, quantity, product type, service, grade, your message, and the URL of the page the form was submitted from. Nothing else is collected from you.

What we do not do

  • We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
  • We do not set cookies for tracking. The site works without any.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, at any price.
  • We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Why we collect it

To quote your job and to fulfil it. A quote needs quantity, size and destination; an order needs a contact who can approve it and a place to deliver. That is the whole purpose.

Who processes it

Form submissions are transmitted to our lead management provider, which stores them on our behalf so our quote desk can work through them. Our web hosting provider processes requests to serve pages. Both act under contract and neither is permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become orders are retained for 24 months, because buyers in this industry frequently come back a year later with the same job. Records relating to completed transactions are retained for seven years for tax and accounting purposes.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted server-side so API credentials are never exposed in your browser, and access to submitted records is limited to staff who need it to quote and fulfil work.

Your choices

Write to info@gaylordboxestx.com to request a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within 30 days except where we are required to retain transaction records.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will change it here. There is no version where the change is “we started selling your data”.
